Northern to Give Rivals the Blues

Greyhound Racing this Friday heads to Bendigo where we have a terrific card of racing where I think we can find some value and hopefully build up a bank for the weekend.

My first selection comes up in Race 2 and its Number 4 Northern Blues, a big winner in good time last start he looks mighty hard to beat here. He is drawn a little awkward but he goes fast early and should settle in the first couple and from there prove very tough to hold out. If he reproduces his last start win he should be winning. Here is him scoring last start over the 500 at Bendigo from the same draw Watch

Next up we head to Race 4 and I like Number 8 Aston Gatum, this guy possesses a terrific turn of speed at box rise and seems to be well drawn outside with not a whole lot of early pace drawn inside. Although he steps up to the 500 for the first time he seems as if it should pose no problems and I think he has a terrific e/w chance. Clearly the main danger is the 4 but he can be hit or miss at the start. Here is a replay of his last start win at Shepp Watch

Last but not least we head to Race 5 and my top tip is Number 1 He’s No Jet, although he doesn’t seem ideally suited drawn Box 1 there doesn’t seem to be a lot of speed drawn around him which might allow him to settle forward which will give him a chance to get to the outside to launch, currently $12 with The Watchdog he looks a good each way bet.

Good Luck and Good Punting
