The BGRA was saddened by the passing of Charlie Bates. Greyhound racing has lost a gentlemen and wonderful supporter and ambassador who through his business Top Cat Video Productions have provided professional service and outstanding coverage of greyhound racing in Victoria for more than 30 years.
Our thoughts and best wishes are with Charlie’s family at this time.
