GROUP
PACKAGES- BENDIGO GREYHOUND RACING (BGRA)
Community groups are invited to attend BGRA race days to
enjoy the activities and to
raise funds for their particular Clubs or
other charitable causes.
Groups must be a Club/Association, Work, Social or charitable
group.
PACKAGE
1 - GROUPS OF 50 OR MORE PACKAGE:
1.
Half price admittance to track @ $2.50 per person up to 50
people.
2.
LJ’s Catering 2 course meal $10.00. (LJ’s Catering 0418 311

3.
Race naming rights to 5 races, which can be sold to the
group’s sponsors at
up to $100
per race. (Names to be
approved by BGRA)
4.
Free use of the rear section of the Trackside Café.
5.
Free form guides valued at $2.50 each.
6.
Use of spinning wheel if required to sell tickets to win
prizes, betting vouchers,
mystery prizes provided by the
group.
7.
Select 8 promotion for group utilising sample tickets-
group member nominating the most
winners for the Select 8 wins a prize.
8.
BGRA will organise a Punters Club for the group on the
night, making selections and
hopefully winners on the night come easy.
The above package offers
discounts of $1000 and the potential for your Club
or group to
raise a minimum of $500. All your Club members pay for is $2.50
entrance
and their two course meal at $10.00.
PACKAGE 2 - GROUPS OF UP TO 50
PACKAGE (MINIMUM OF 25):
1.
Half price admittance to track @ $2.50 per person.
2.
