As a result of extended hot weather period that has resulted in normal trial sessions being restricted and after race meeting sessions being cancelled the BGRA wish to advise three additional evening/night sessions for next week to provide trainers the opportunity to trial for both greyhound fitness and in preparation for the upcoming Gold Rush carnival.
The additional sessions are as follows:
Monday 7th March:
Pen trials (solo and half field) 7.30pm – 8pm; Arm trials 8pm to finish (10.45pm at latest) – bookings for arm trials online from Friday at 12 Noon (close 12 Noon Monday) – pen trials to be booked with the Club anytime prior to Monday 12 Noon.
Wednesday 9th March:
Arm trials only 7.30pm to finish (10.45pm at latest) – bookings online from Monday 12 Noon (close 12 Noon Wednesday)
Thursday 10th March:
Pen trials (solo and half field) 7.30pm – 8pm; Arm trials 8pm to finish (10.45pm at latest) – bookings for arm trials online from Tuesday 12 Noon (close 12 Noon Thursday) – pen trial to be booked with the Club from 9am Tuesday until 12 Noon Thursday.
Note: Tuesday 8th March arm trial sessions is scheduled as normal however will be restricted to conclude at 12 Noon with the high temperature forecast.
The BGRA’s air conditioned trial kennels will be open during all sessions if required – allowing trainers to trial both pen trials and arm trials if required on the evenings where both options are available.
